I've faxed the order to ETH Zurich FAO P Meierhofer Regards Caroline (The address in FAMIS is 
slightly different - I'll hand write the envelope as per the Quote from ETH Zurich. 
I did try to get the address amended but with no success, hence the slight delay in processing)

  I attach the final version of the requisition form and a completed case-for-single-tender
  form for our VPT's. (Dave Cockerill modified them slightly with respect to the previous version). 
  I also attach the quotation from ETH Zurich.

  I will put signed versions of these in the internal post to you.

  Is this everything you need ? What will you do with these now ?
