(ALL and RMB on leave)DI   -	Have lost the use of the 4.7T magnet, may get it back at end of	September.	Absolute calibration of 4.7T magnet system.	Technical note on ET VPTs, not finalised as do not understand	discrepancy in F value at 4.7T, between measured and calculated.	To do, compare gain in low field of VPT used at high field(difference	in gain between high and low field systems)	Place new order with ET start of September(20VPTs, 6 with radiation	hard glass).BWK  -	Endcap/barrel hermeticity simulation note in draft form (conclusion,	an extra 3cm on endcap would be improvement, means extra 100 xtals	per quadrant, this with TDR spacing).	Talk with Brian and Len re: ISO9001, approved and signed Brian's	specification.	To do, more simulation on the distance, from the intersection point,	of the xtal pointing.	Simulation paper, which keeps growing.	Geometry note.KWB  -	Only OPAL work this week.HA   -	Draft of 1.8T magnet tests on VPTs nearly ready.PSF  -	Adding section to thesis. Set up CAMAC readout.(need driver).DJAC -	First specification sheets for xtal and mandrel drawn up, Lebeau	faxed drawing to Russia so cutting of large xtals can start.
