Quick VPT Test Rig meeting - minutes

Date of meeting: 15 December 2000

Present:

1. Hardware: Enough analogue pulser channels in hand to drive 12 cans.  MS is checking pickup level.  Over 20 cables now made up. Parts made for first row of 8 cans.  Need extra anti-pickup screens.  Some pedestal problems in new ADC modules - MS looking into it.
2. Software: Labview magnet control works.
3. VPTs: BWK has carried out visual inspection of 160 (of 200) new tubes - seem to be less variable than first batch of 100.
