CERNLIB/LHC++
Lack of good CERNLIB caused problems for early NT farms.
There were problems with MS Fortran.
- DEC Fortran is much better.
CERNLIB 98 for NT. A good release!
HEP is standardising on DEC Fortran V5 and MS Visual C++ V5
- but use same flags/options
All components of LHC++ available on NT
