Registration Information

There is space in the lecture room for of order 60 people, and accommodation at Cosener's House for about 35. We therefore cannot guarantee that an application will be successful.

Should more people apply than space allows, we will distribute places to ensure that all groups have the chance to attend.

There is no fee. Accommodation is provided on the Thursday night (for about 35 people). There are a few rooms available on Wednesday and/or Friday night for people travelling long distances.

Please note that there are significant room cancellation charges. If you change your plans please let us know as soon as possible.
