Expenses

Accommodation and meals at the Forum are provided by STFC and IPPP. The cost of UK travel expenses can be reclaimed using the new visitor's claim form. The equivalent of a standard UK rail fare can be claimed. The use of public transport to/from the railway station is encouraged.  Speakers travelling from overseas should contact a member of the organising committee before committing to any expenditure, for example when purchasing flights.

Claim form and Supplier Creation form (ie for bank details).  A Supplier Creation form requires completion only if you have NOT completed one before.
