Registration Information

There is no registration fee. Accommodation and meals at The Cosener's House will be free of charge to all UK attendees. Travel expenses within the UK will be reimbursed to students who submit a poster.

We are unable to reimburse participants’ travel expenses. We will, however, offer transport to Oxford or Didcot railway/bus stations at the end of the Forum.

Please note that there are significant room cancellation charges. If you change your plans please let us know as soon as possible.

The Cosener’s House has limited car parking. There is a Pay and Display car park further down the lane.
Reception will issue 24 hr vouchers on arrival if requested.
