Hints for Document Preparation
Look at this Word document for how to set out
top page. (Don't use the Word file itself - there seem to be a problem with
the Headers.)

The titles in the top and main box should be the same.
Don't include "ATLAS", "ID" or "FDR".
Add the words "Design Report" or "Assembly Procedure" as appropriate.
