Copyright notes

It should be obvious that copyright remains with the original authors, who should be contacted for further information on their respective documents. I have made these documents available here solely in order to speed access and reduce network traffic. They are (or were when I downloaded them) publicly available from the cited locations. I will, of course, remove them on request from the authors. If you want to make these files available elsewhere, I suggest that you take a copy from the original site in order to get the latest version and to ensure that there are no changes in their availability.
