Aim of the Forum

Exploration of an uncharted physics land has started in earnest at the LHC. By September, we expect both new high-precision measurements of Standard Model processes and exciting results from new physics searches.

Presentations at this forum will review the latest experimental news that will be released at the summer conferences, as well as their theoretical interpretations and the future prospects. It will provide an opportunity for the exchange of ideas, methods and tools, within the UK community.

This will be a good occasion both for experimentalists and theorists to hold informal discussions and for young physicists to familiarise themselves with the LHC hottest topics.
