Please note that there are significant room cancellation charges. If you change your plans please let us know as soon as possible.

We regret that differently from previous years, we are unable to reimburse participants’ travel expenses. We will, however, offer transport to Oxford or Didcot railway/bus stations at the end of the Forum. In addition, a limited amount of funding for travel within the UK is available to students or researchers who would not be able to participate otherwise.
