This property allows a minimum height to be set for an element box. The
calculation for the element's height may be greater than this value, but if
the value falls below this value it will recompute the height based on the
'min-height' value. If the value of 'min-height' is greater than the value of
'max-height', the 'max-height' property value becomes the 'min-height' value.
If the calculated value for the 'height' property is less than the 'min-height'
value, the calculations are done again using the 'min-height' value as the
value for the 'height' property.
