What is it?
This element contains the Ruby Text (helper content) for the Ruby content. Internet Explorer renders Ruby Text content above the rest of the Ruby content in a smaller font. The Ruby Text element is optional within the RUBY syntax.

The Ruby Text can be positioned above or inline relative to the main Ruby content with the 'ruby-position' CSS property.
Browser Peculiarities
If RT content exists before the RUBY content, the RT content is rendered small, but inline before the RUBY content.
